Fees:-

The initial introductory session of 30-45 minutes is free, can be in-person or via telephone and it determines whether life coaching will be useful to you. A program of 5 or 10 sessions is then booked at £160 + VAT per hour. The first coaching session is ideally in-person and can take up to two hours. The following sessions will be hourly and upon completion a joint reassessment will take place to determine whether you wish to continue or whether you feel that your goals have been achieved. The fees are non refundable and they are payable in advance.

Sessions may be in-person at my office or by telephone (Skype, WhatsApp)

1 pm – 6 pm Weekends
